Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We stand behind the quality of all our products, and hope you are happy with your candle. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund. We want you to be completely satisfied; if you’re not, please contact us to let us know how we can make it right. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

After thirty (30) days, we will also consider returns for items that are defective or do not perform as designed. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless your candle is deemed defective. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note it may take up to 30 days after processing your refund for a statement credit to appear on your card. Please also note, any shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
